Grace's Fitness Goals and 1st day

Goal:  10 lbs
Exercise: Swim 3x wk , Walk 5mi/wk, Weeding, Do Yoga stretches at  home, Looking for good Pilates class
Diet:  Cut down on Carbs; eat only Whole Grains;  no icecream (my demise); ramp up on greens; fish and chicken (quasi-vegan); reduce dairy
B: blk coffee w/ Caltrate, Lysine, 900mg Glucosamine Chondroiton
L: Cold Soup, Salad, Fruit, Fruit Smoothie
D: Fish, Chicken + greens w/Whole Grains (quinoa, couscous, rice, pasta)
My sweet tooth: icecream, lemon, ginger tea cakes, cookies (will have to cut that out).  We have 2 new organic, gluten-free bakeries in the rivertowns, which are very yummy.  If I could lose that 10, I'll treat myself to a cake!  Maybe throw a Power of 10 Party
For now, I'm going to do popcorn, rice & wholewheat, herb crackers and lots of berries.
